What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address and your message about the project. The website does not require an account and does not collect payment information.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, if the project goes ahead, to communicate with you about the work. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

How it's handled

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox via Resend, an email delivery service, and the website is hosted on Vercel. Both process the data only as needed to deliver those services. We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to manage the enquiry and any resulting project.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — pages visited, how you arrived, and general (city-level) location. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this; the data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally, and we don't use it for advertising.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@surfacepainting.com.au and we'll sort it out.
